I went for a 2 hours gym session today! OMG I swear I think I cannot move my legs any further!
I did 2.5km on the treadmill! Jogging all the way non stop!
I went on the bike and did 8.7km, I think my legs just gone all shakey after that!
After that...
Steps
Weight
Sit ups
Stretches
Two Hours later...
I drank 3 bottle of 600ml of water!
I'm pretty proud of myself!! Yay! my tummy is quiet flat now! healthy diet and exercise does the tricks ^_~!
My goal weight is 44-42kg currently sitting at 47-46kg!! getting there! I was 54kg!!!
Tips:
Eat plenty of breaky!!! your metabolism goes crazy fast in the morning! so pretty much you can eat anything, but please be healthy if you do want to lose weight! I recommend muesli cereal with light soy milk!! and fruits! Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries for antioxidant!
Lunch!! some yummy salad! Greek is the best! because it is yummy and low fat! for those of you who love meat, get some chicken ceasar salad or go subway sandwich!! only 6grams of fat per 6inch subs!
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!
I don't if this work for everyone! but, stay standing up for at least 30 minutes after you eat! your body will process the food better this way... but thats only in my theory! (actually my best friend told me this ^.~!)
Dinner, I don't usually eat much dinner! instead of rice now, I eat vermicelli noodle with Natto (Japanese sticky fragmented beans) yeah I know its disgusting for many people, but I learn to love it! because believe it or not, it keeps your skin young and prevents blood from clogging up, so you'll have less risk of having heart attack... please I read this somewhere, not my theory, so maybe it doesn't work.. but, from what I heard its very healthy! I eat kimchi aswell and miso soup with spinach.
I don't eat much at dinner, sometimes if I'm still hungry I indulge on fruits such as watermelon and I drink plenty of water. Keeps me out of hunger!!
I do eat chocolate! I cannot live without chocolate! Ladies it is good to eat on moderation, like everything else!! don't eat it too often, if crave, then eat... don't binge!
I'm off to Japan in about 1 week and 3 days!! SOOO EXCITED TO SEE MY BABY!
I haven't seen him for 4 months! (long distance sucks!) I don't like it!
But he bought me tickets to come to see him!
Some serious shopping to do! SHIBUYA 109 HERE I COME!!!!
