So now it's the end of summer...

weight loss...

healthy diet...

current weight: 45.6kg
Waist: 21.5 inch

very happy with the progress.

I am doing yoga every morning and night..

mostly fruits, veg and fish :)

I eat three meals a day.

approximately 1800 calories

Uni started again...

I have not blog in a long time...

I've been on a diet...

Living happy life...

Friends... new friends... lost and gain...

I should really do this more often...
